Edvin Beasley is part of Pennybacker Capital's investment team, focused on identifying and underwriting potential investments.

Prior to Pennybacker, Edvin spent nine years at Stream Realty Partners in Austin, Texas where he was responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the office leasing division. In this role, Edvin oversaw a portfolio of nearly five million square feet of Class A office space and advised both Stream and third-party clients in the valuation and underwriting of developments and acquisitions throughout the region. Edvin was recognized numerous times as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Austin Business Journal. Before joining Stream, Edvin worked for Trammell Crow Company in Washington, D.C., where he represented landlords and tenants throughout the Mid-Atlantic in both suburban and urban markets. He began his career at Deloitte concentrating on commercial real estate tax, valuing commercial properties for the development of tax appeal cases.

While at Texas Tech, Edvin was part of the Texas Tech Football team and enjoys sharing his football knowledge with youth throughout the Austin area. Edvin earned his B.B.A. in Economics in 2004. Since graduating, Edvin has continued to give back to Texas Tech, participating in the Rawls Executive Mentor Program and sharing his expertise with the Rawls Real Estate Organization.

Edvin and his wife, Angie, have one son, Dean. He loves to travel with his family and enjoys spending time outdoors with his son and playing golf.
