Ellis E. Moseley

CFO/SVP | Hisco, Inc. | Houston, TX

Ellis Moseley has experience with international companies and managing corporate finance organizations through periods of rapid growth and economic downturns.

In 2015, Moseley was named CFO/SVP for Hisco, Inc., a leading distributor of electronic and industrial materials with 35 offices in the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

He previously was an executive from 1994 to 2015 with Freeman, a leading provider of integrated marketing solutions for live events with international operations. During his years at Freeman, including serving as its first chief financial officer, the company increased revenue from $265 million to more than $2 billion. In 2011 he led the acquisition of the third-largest company in the industry, which was named best merger/acquisition transaction in Dallas by Dallas Business Journal.

Moseley also has held various managerial positions with financial institutions and corporate banking divisions. From 1981 to 1994, he was a senior vice president at NationsBank, now Bank of America, in Dallas.

At Texas Tech University, Moseley earned a B.S. in Finance (1979) and an M.B.A. (1980). His student activities included Omicron Delta Kappa, Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and Financial Management Honor Society.

Professional affiliations include Financial Executives International, National Association of Corporate Directors and Employee Stock Ownership Plan Association. He also has been involved with Eagle Scout Association and Boy Scouts of America.

Moseley and his wife, Nancy, have two children.
