Eric serves as a commercial staffing and development advisor for ExxonMobil. Eric graduated from Texas Tech in December 2010 with a BBA in Energy Commerce. Shortly after graduation, Eric began his career with XTO Energy Inc. (XTO) as an Associate Lease Analyst. As an Associate Lease Analyst, Eric was responsible for reviewing a myriad of oil and gas contracts in Texas, Arkoma, Mid-Continent, and Appalachia regions. In 2013, Eric became a Land Data Analyst for XTO. As a Land Data Analyst, Eric was responsible for reviewing and updating well information located in XTO's land system. In September of 2014, Eric became a Landman in XTO's East Texas land group. In his role at XTO, Eric negotiates a myriad of contracts, manages leasing activity, curative review, as well as, a host of other responsibilities. Eric earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Tech in December 2015.

Eric is an avid cyclist that has raced all over the state of Texas. He still enjoys getting out on the bicycle trails in and exploring.
