Julie Buschman has over 30 years of experience in trust and estate administration. Prior to joining Northern, Julie worked at Bessemer Trust Company as a Senior Client Advisor. She has held positions at Bank of America, N.A. including the Regional Estate Settlement Executive and the North Texas Market Trust Executive.
Julie has a B.S. in Accounting from Carroll University in Wisconsin.
She is a CPA, licensed in Wisconsin. She holds the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation, as well as the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation. She also held FINRA Series 7 and 63 investment licenses.
Julie is a proud parent of twins who graduated from Texas Tech University. She enjoys sharing experiences with her children and with many groups of friends.
As a Senior Fiduciary Officer, Julie is responsible for the delivery of Wealth Management Services to clients and helping families meet their financial and personal planning goals.
Julie is an elected officer (Treasurer) of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC). Previously, she was a board member during which she chaired the AEP and Conference Committees. She is a past president and current member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council and is on the board of trustees of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, North Texas Chapter and is a board member of The Dallas Opera Board. She is a member of the UT Southwestern Estate Planning Council.
