Kristopher Hill
Kristopher Hill is a trial lawyer who leads clients through complex and high-stakes business and employment disputes. The cornerstones of Kristopher's practice are hard work, dedication to his clients' goals, creativity, and a love for competition.
Kristopher represents clients across the country in state and federal courts, appellate courts, and arbitration proceedings. His trial docket regularly includes disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, fiduciary duties, trade secrets, oil and gas investments, construction-defect claims, and financial institutions. Kristopher also regularly drafts, and counsels both employers and employees regarding the terms of, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Kristopher obtained a B.B.A, cum laude, from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech and a J.D. from Baylor Law School, where he served on the Baylor Law Review and Order of Barristers. He married his high-school sweetheart and fellow Red Raider, Michelle, and they are blessed with three kids: Tristan, Jaxon, and Ayden. Kristopher and his family are members of Park Cities Baptist Church. He enjoys watching and coaching his kids' sports teams, playing as much basketball as possible, and snowboarding every chance he gets.
