Mike has more than two decades of technology executive leadership experience, specializing in the insurance sector.  He is Chief Information Officer of CNO Financial Group, a Fortune 600 insurance company based in Carmel, Indiana.  In this role he is responsible for developing and executing strategy for information systems and technology infrastructure across the enterprise.

Prior to CNO, Mike was with AIG in Texas as SVP & Transformation Executive, responsible for delivering global transformation initiatives spanning technology and people.  This was preceded by his tenure as CEO of AIG Technologies (AIGT) in Malaysia, which is AIG's 550 person offshore captive IT infrastructure services company.  He successfully transformed the global IT center from AIG's lowest performing IT operation into the #1 globally ranked AIG IT infrastructure site.  In 2017, the AIGT Malaysia team was awarded the PIKOM Malaysia Excellence Award for Best Practices in IT.

Mike received his MBA from Southern Methodist University, and his BBA from Texas Tech University.  He is a Certified Professional Coach from Federation University Australia.  In 2017, Mike received the prestigious award of Best Operations Director in IT from PIKOM Outsourcing Malaysia Excellence, and that same year was an Award Winner for Promotion of Women in IT from AIG's Global Women in Technology.
