Nikki graduated from Texas Tech University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance. Nikki found her passion for consulting where she has focused the last 25+ years advising clients on how to transform their operations and technology to drive value. Nikki is a Partner with PwC, currently serving as the US Managed Services Platform Managing Partner focusing on building, driving and delivering managed services solutions with clients across many industries onshore, near shore as well as offshore. Nikki spent much of her career in the health industries space helping clients improve operations, implement and maximize technology, enhance organizational design, achieve better stakeholder engagement and experience, and organize shared services across their enterprises. She previously led PwC's National Health Industries Provider Operations and Technology practice and worked with many large, small, for profit, not-for-profit and safety net hospitals along with multi-specialty physician practices to transform their organizations to achieve and sustain long-term operational and financial improvements.

Nikki is a builder of business, known for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities and turning them into successful businesses. She has established and led multiple consulting practices from inception to maturity, including successfully building and leading her own boutique consulting firm for six years prior to joining PwC. Nikki is an established thought leader and recognized speaker with respect to healthcare operations, regulatory and experience topics, tackling the issues facing healthcare today.

She is a motivational leader who instills trust among her teams. Nikki inspires a culture of teaming, collaboration and one of high energy, enthusiasm and empowerment. She helps team members and other leaders create a vision, understand how to achieve that vision and capitalize on everyone's strengths and capabilities to bring them to life.

Nikki is actively involved in numerous community activities and professional organizations.  Nikki has been married to Shawn for 26 years (also a Texas Tech University and Rawls alumni) and has a 19 year old daughter, Lauren, who is attending The University of Oklahoma.
