Linda Zukauckas

Linda is the Chief Financial Officer for Nielsen Holdings plc (NYSE: NLSN), a global measurement and data analytics company. Linda joined Nielsen in February 2020 and is responsible for the company's financial strategy. Prior to Nielsen, Linda was EVP and Deputy CFO of American Express. Over her 8+ years with American Express she also held the positions of Controller & Chief Accounting Officer and was the executive sponsor of the company's global women's interest network. Linda currently serves on the Board of Directors of MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC). From 2014-2019 she served on the Board of Directors of American Express Global Business Travel.

Prior to American Express, Linda spent 12 years with Ally Financial (formerly GMAC, the finance company previously affiliated with General Motors). At Ally Linda held various senior leadership roles including Managing Director Corporate Strategy, Chief Financial Officer of North America Auto Finance, Ally Financial's largest business segment. Prior to joining GMAC, Linda held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust, in both New York and in the Asia Region, during which time she was based in Singapore. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas.

Linda is a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International (FEI), the leading advocate for the views of corporate financial management through its more than 10,000 members who hold policy-making positions as chief financial officers, chief accounting officers, controllers and treasurers at companies from every major industry. Linda is also a Past President of FEI's New York City Chapter.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University. She resides in Lower Manhattan with her husband, James, who is also a graduate of Texas Tech University (BBA in Finance). Linda and James are the parents of Chris (29) and Charlotte (24), who both studied business and work in the Finance profession in New York City (Chris) and Seattle (Charlotte).
