Michael Kehoe, Brand Manager of Procter & Gamble Company, spoke to students about his global experiences in the international marketing arena at the Rawls College on Friday, October 14, 2005.
The Chief Exectutives' Roundtable hosted a luncheon at the Lubbock Country Club at noon. Several members of the CER, as well as other area business excecutives, were present to hear Mike present information on marketing techniques using current case studies.
A 1997 Texas Tech University graduate, Michael Kehoe earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees in both Marketing and Management. Mike began his career in the oil industry as a Commercial Negotiator for Anadarko Petroleum's Alaskan Operations. He then changed direction in 1999 when he became assistant Brand Manager for Hugo Boss fragrances in Procter & Gamble's North American operations. In 2003 he was named Brand Manager for the Western European operations of Procter & Gamble's Max Factor product line. This led to responsibilities in Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing sales managers and distributors of the Procter & Gamble product families of Max Factor and Cover Girl Cosmetics. Michael is currently based in Argentina and Chile as Brand Manager for Health and Beauty Care. His latest efforts include launching the internationally known product, Oil of Olay.
Procter & Gamble Company currently markets over 300 branded products in more than 160 countries. These include products for beauty and health, baby and family care, as well as fabric and home care.
