Rawls College of Business professor and Management area coordinator, William Gardner, Ph.D., was recently recognized as having three of the top four "most cited" articles in The Leadership Quarterly, an international journal of political, social, and behavioral science dedicated to advancing theory, research, and applications concerning leadership.
Professor Gardner is the Area of Management Coordinator, Jerry S. Rawls Professor in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, and Director of the Institute for Leadership Studies. He is also currently serving as the President of the Southern Management Association. Dr. Gardner's research focuses on leadership, business ethics, and social influence processes within organizations. His research has been published in numerous outlets, including the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
