•Description: Undergraduate business students will take one class, ISQS 3344 - Intro to Production & Operations Management, which will be taught by a Texas Tech professor in English and the grade will factor into the student's overall GPA. This course will be taught at the TTU - Seville Center.

London, England: 1st year for program

•Professor Terry McInturff, Faculty Leader

•Description: Undergraduate business students will take one class, ENCO 4325 - International Energy Policy & Law, which will be taught by a Texas Tech professor in English with the grade earned to factor into the student's overall GPA. The location of the course will primarily be in London, England with excursions to Paris, France; Freiburg, Germany; and Vienna Austria included in the program.

Prague, Czech Republic:

•Description: This program is offered to both undergraduate and graduate business students majoring in Accounting or Personal Financial Planning. Two courses are offered, ACCT 5311/3307 - Income Tax Accounting and PFP 5394/3374 - Retirement Planning, which will be taught by a Texas Tech professor in English and the earned grade(s) will affect the student's GPA. There will also be excursions available for students to participate in to Kutna Hona, Terazin, Karlovy Vary, and Cesky Krumlov within the Czech Republic.

Honefoss, Norway:

•Description: Undergraduate business students majoring in marketing, international business, general business or management will be able to participate in this program. Two courses will be offered, MKT 4358 - International Marketing and MGT 4375 - International Management that will be led by Texas Tech faculty in cooperation with faculty from Buskerud University College in Norway. Students will participate in multiple out-of-class activities with Norwegian students as well as company visits to enhance the classroom experience. The classes will be taught in English and the grade(s) earned will affect the student's GPA.

Shiroles, Costa Rica: 1st year for program

•10 Rawls Energy Commerce students confirmed for Summer II 2010

•Description: This program is a World Energy Project Internship through the Center for Energy Commerce and will include 10 students and two university sponsors. The students will work to install solar panels in the village of Shiroles, Costa Rica to provide this small community a readily available source of power. Students will learn about the vital importance of the Energy Commerce industry to the health and well being of the world's population.

  2. Make a wishlist of courses, languages, location, and trips you wish to take.
