Mark Horan, a 1981 Management and Marketing major, recently visited with Mary Frances Weatherly's Personal Selling (MKT 4350) class to discuss customer-focused selling and his industry background. Horan related his 19 years of experience at Dell to the students' coursework. He gave advice about his time in the customer service industry and real-world examples of how the skills acquired throughout college will help students become successful in the professional world. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, and the lecture provided students with insights into the working world.
