Rawls Ambassadors Support Women's Protective Services

Darla Vasquez

December 15, 2016

The Rawls Ambassadors are helping Women's Protective Services (WPS) this holiday season by collecting gifts for the women and children WPS provides services to, not only in the Lubbock area, but throughout West Texas. Some gifts the organization is looking for include clothing, gently used items and brand new toys.

WPS currently supports children from newborns to 18 years of age and women from 18 to 60+ years old. Donations are being accepted through Thursday, December 15 and may be dropped off at the Rawls College's Dean's Suite (second floor) with Jessica Carrillo. For more information, Carrillo can be reached at 806-834-1312.

This supports the efforts outlined in the Rawls College of Business Strategic Plan. Learn more about the LEADER 2020 Strategic Plan and follow our progress on Twitter at #RawlsLeads.
