Learn about why she loves the Rawls College and why she decided to be an ambassador in the Q&A below.

What do you love about the Rawls College of Business?

I love the Rawls College of Business because it is truly a home to its students. Students, staff, and professors care about one another and support each other. I also believe that Rawls students have a natural drive to succeed. By simply being in the Rawls College building, your peers push you to be the best version of yourself.

Why did you decide to be a Rawls ambassador?

I decided to be a Rawls Ambassador because I recognized all the opportunities Rawls College of Business provides me with. Many people in the business building come to work everyday with intentions of preparing students for their future careers. I was very appreciative of these efforts, so I wanted to give back to the college.

Do you have any advice for new students coming into the Rawls College of Business?

I believe that new students should come in to college with "guns a blazing." By trying to immediately get involved and get to know others, you will excel quickly in your college career. New students shouldn't be afraid of putting yourself out there or speaking up! The only thing that will hold you back as a Rawls student is yourself.

This supports the efforts outlined in the Rawls College of Business Strategic Plan. Learn more about the LEADER 2020 Strategic Plan and follow our progress on Twitter at #RawlsLeads.
