Alan Pritchard is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at Texas Tech University. Pritchard earned a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland and M.A. and B.S. degrees in Economics from Old Dominion University. His research focuses on logistics, product assortment, inventory management, and online retailing. He conducts theory-driven empirical research and specializes in econometric modeling and simulation. He teaches Global Sourcing, Intro. to SCM, and Procurement at the undergraduate and master's levels.
