About

Rabino is an Assistant Professor in the Area of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University.

Rabino's research interests broadly fall into three major streams. In the first stream, she focuses on the causes and consequences of consumer curiosity. Her second stream of research addresses prosocial behavior, in which she examines the cognitive and affective factors impacting donations. A third research stream investigates digital marketing, with a particular focus on the interactive effects of social media influencers and message characteristics.

Rabino's research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Psychology and in Psychology & Marketing. With her coauthors, she received a 2020 MSI research grant to investigate influencer marketing.

Rabino has also been recognized for her passion and dedication to teaching. She received the 2021 Rawls College of Business Excellence in Teaching Award. She is a 2021 and 2022 nominee for the Jerry S. Rawls Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award.
