Directory Information Request Form

× PLEASE NOTE: (Directory Changes Effective 5/26/2017)
  1. Due to compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Texas Tech University will only release directory information for students whose records are not marked confidential.
  2. The directory information will be sent as an Excel (XSLX) file, and will be delivered via email to the address you provide below.
  3. Access to the directory of non-confidential students will be limited to the following information:
    • Student Name
    • Active Local Address
    • Active Permanent Address
    • Current Classification
    • Current Major Field of Study
  4. For information regarding specific enrollment data such as, current enrollment, dates of attendance, and degree verifications, please visit:
    National Student Clearinghouse Verification Services .

Is this request for a student organization or campus entity?

Is this request for a branch of the military related to student recruitment information (Solomon Amendment)?

All requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Office of the Registrar.
