With over 30 years of executive experience in radio broadcasting, music industry promotions, and marketing, Charles Luck has built and scaled successful ventures across media, advertising, and consumer products. In the competitive Lubbock radio market, he held key operational leadership roles, managing station performance, cross-functional teams, listener acquisition strategies, and community-engaged programming amid intense market rivalry. Leveraging deep media expertise, he founded and led a full-service marketing agency, delivering tailored advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns to diverse local clients. His portfolio drove measurable growth for businesses including restaurants (increasing foot traffic), real estate developers (accelerating subdivision launches), travel agencies (boosting bookings), home builders (highlighting custom projects), fitness centers (growing memberships), convenience stores (elevating daily sales), and food brands (securing retail shelf placement).

Demonstrating exceptional market agility, in early 2005 Charles identified emerging demand and launched one of the earliest commercial hand sanitizer products in the U.S.—becoming the third entrant in a rapidly expanding category. He managed the complete product lifecycle: development, sourcing high-quality, high-volume manufacturing partnerships in China, supply chain optimization, and successful negotiations for national retail distribution with major chain stores. Now retired from day-to-day operations, Charles remains actively engaged as a mentor, advising entrepreneurs on strategic planning, bold execution, innovation, and business scaling. His lifelong passion for media, marketing, music, and entrepreneurship continues to fuel collaborative projects and thought leadership. Open to mentoring discussions, strategic consultations, or select opportunities in media, marketing, and consumer innovation.
