Michalea Perez is the Operating Director of Cornerstone Caregiving, where she leads with heart, humility, and a deep commitment to serving the senior population. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Michalea spent nearly a decade building a strong foundation in leadership and service at Betenbough Homes. In 2020, she felt led to take a leap of faith and launched with Cornerstone Caregiving in July of that year.

Under her guidance, Cornerstone has grown to include offices in Lubbock, TX, Amarillo, TX, and Clovis, NM. Her team is dedicated to serving seniors with compassion, honoring their dignity, and helping them remain in the place they love most—their home. For Michalea, it’s more than just a role—it’s a calling. She considers it a true honor to serve her community and strives to lead with love each day. Outside of her work, Michalea is the proud wife of Jaime Perez and devoted mama to Canyon (12) and Case (9).
