To receive and review updates and/or changes to official Texas Tech University Operating
Policies (OPs) that directly affect staff, and to provide timely, actionable recommendations
through the Executive Board and Staff Senate (and, when appropriate, recommend referral
to the Issues Committee through the Executive Board).
Vision
A transparent review process that ensures Operating Policies reflect staff needs and
support the Staff Senate’s role as a liaison and advisory body to the administration.
