The mission of the Humanity, Impact, and Togetherness (HIT) Committee is to cultivate a connected staff community where professional collaboration and personal relationships thrive, making our committee a trusted starting point for staff seeking support, insight, or connection.

Vision

The Humanity, Impact, and Togetherness (HIT) Committee envisions a campus where staff feel known, supported, and confident that the right connection is always within reach, guided by these core values:

·       Connection: We build bridges across roles, departments, and experiences.

·       Collaboration: We believe shared knowledge and mutual support make us                               stronger.
