Videographers

The Student Engagement videography intern collaborates with various members of the Student Engagement staff to take video projects from concept to completion for programs such as Hub City Fest or Raider Roundup. The videographer intern may produce more cinematic style videos, as well as informational videos that appeal to both students and parents. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects is strongly preferred.

Job Description

  • Meet weekly with supervisor to plan upcoming video content
  • Work with a variety of staff members to take video projects from concept to completion
  • Manage production schedules and timelines
  • Publish, organize, and optimize media on third party websites such as YouTube, Vimeo, and other social media platforms
  • Adapt to change with flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Creation and editing of digital video content for internal and external communication
  • Attend Student Engagement events to capture video content as well as film necessary B-roll footage of campus
  • Develop creative concepts that appeal to wide variety of audiences
  • Work approximately 10 hours per week in an office setting and attending events
