Alumni Spotlight: Chris Kiley

TTU alumnus Chris Kiley has found a home for himself in Austin, Texas as the Associate Director for “Texans for the Arts.” His job revolves around protecting and promoting public arts policy and tax policy that allows for a strong arts and culture scene across the state. He credits the work he is doing now to groundwork laid in place while still at Texas Tech.

This semester, Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Doug Wrights and ballet master Li-Chou Cheng were on campus to share their extensive experience with the students of Texas Tech.

The School of Theatre & Dance is excited to present DanceTech, March 5-7, in the intimate The CH Foundation The Legacy of Christine DeVitt Black Box Theatre, our first time performing in this new space. This year, the intimate space of the Black Box allows our audiences to focus in on the choreography itself.
