Should we be more focused on embracing a college-ready student or being a student-ready college? This resource was referenced by Dr. Kevin Gannon, a speaker at this year's ATLC, who challenged us to consider how we can adapt policies and practices to ensure our campus is student-ready. Copies of the book will be available for pick up at the TLPDC in late June.
Connecting Beyond the Content: Incorporating Art and Reflection into Your Course
We'll discuss how to connect with students beyond the course material and foster moral imagination by incorporating books, music, poetry, and art into class discussions. This was inspired by Dr. Mays Imad, who was a speaker at this year's ATLC.
