HIGH ART 1B / Online

Builds on knowledge and skills acquired in ART 1A. Covers 3D art, including design communications, printmaking, sculpture, macrame, and forms. Explores art's history, present application, and its "future in the new millennium." Encourages students to consider art as a valuable discipline in a variety of real-world situations and careers. Requires students to venture into the world and examine art "at work." Students will be required to purchase a number of art supplies (see list). IMPORTANT: You must have access to a digital camera to capture and upload images of your completed assignments.
