As the Assistant Director I oversee the operations,      coaching development, and overall direction of the  coaching program. I also have a limited availability
to coach students (my FAVORITE part of the job)! 

I'm most excited about helping others know more
about and partner with the coaching program
to better support Red Raiders. I value growth
and development which allows me to help others
in the program grow their coaching skills. 

Outside of work you can find me on a disc golf course, studying, or passionately watching any and all sports. 

 

Coaching Philosophy

Coaching is like walking through a park.

The exit is your goals and my job is to help you consider all options and trails, so you can discover the best one for you!

This can include questioning everything, building belief in yourself, and having someone that will check in as needed.
