Group Exercise Certification

So, you are interested in inspiring others through fitness and need to take the next step?  It's time to step up and lead the pack at a TTU certified group fitness instructor. The Raider Fitness Institute will teach you how to start your journey in the fitness world by becoming an Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified group fitness instructor.  No experience is required. This is an 11 week course taught at Texas Tech Rec Sports and will cover topics like:

  • Practical Experience in the following formats:
  • Step, Kickboxing, Strength, Cycle, Core, Intervals, Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Water
  • Cueing/Inclusive Language Training
  • Soft Skills Training
  • Social Media Training


$250 ( includes 50% Student/University Discount) The course includes:
