About Operations Division Call Center

Operations Division Call Center performs skilled work in monitoring environmental control equipment, energy management, energy conservation programs, and property/life safety alarms for Texas Tech University facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assists electronic maintenance environmental systems technicians in troubleshooting computerized field unit energy management panel program discrepancies.
  • Coordinates heating and air conditioning equipment operating schedules with facility utilization requirements to maximize energy conservation
  • Provides 24-hour point of contact for campus customers to report problems with facilities or request help in emergency situations
