- TCVPA Grants and Awards Manager: Dr. Kelsie Jackson serves the college as its Grants and Awards Manager. Foremost in this role is his work with faculty to identify competitive external funding opportunities in alignment with their interests and goals. An accomplished writer, Kelsie works with faculty to craft quality proposal narratives and guides submissions through the various components of Texas Tech's complex research support offices. For a limited number of large-scale grant awards, Kelsie provides administrative support related to budgeting/accounting, regulatory compliance, and required reporting.
- TCVPA Associate Dean for Research & Creative Activity: Dr. Peter Martens oversees all aspects of the College's research/creative activity and travel funding, and is a conduit for similarly-purposed programs across campus and beyond.

Faculty International Travel
- The TCVPA has a limited amount of funding to support faculty international travel up to $1500 per year. TCVPA International Travel Application
- The Office of International Affairs is continuing its International Travel Funding (ITF) program, which can award up to $1500 toward international airfare. Note that the application deadlines to qualify for this funding are several months in advance of travel. ITF Program information and application.
