Erin Balk is an instructor and site coordinator for the College of Education.  Dr. Balk earned her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences, M.S. in Curriculum and Teaching, and Ph.D. in Curriculum in Teaching from Baylor University.  Her professional experience includes teaching in both K-12 and higher education settings and serving as a mentor and coach for teacher candidates.  Dr. Balk's areas of research and teaching include teacher education and science education.
