How do I register for the colloquium?
What if I want to attend the keynote speaker presentation? Do I need to register?
Registration is required for all. For both student & non-student attendees wishing to hear the keynote speaker presentation, you can also register for FREE .
What if I am attending because of a class? Do I need to register?
Registration is required for all. Students can register for FREE if they need to attend one or more sessions and/or the guest speaker presentation for course credit. You will be required to sign in after the session you attend. See the session monitor in the room for details.
What do I get when I register?
Registration provides you access to the colloquium, refreshments and a box lunch.
How do I show proof of attendance to my professor?
The Colloquium Program will be used as your proof of attendance and students are asked to sign in at the end of each session. See the session monitor for details in the room.
Why do we require attendees to register?
By completing the registration form they are helping us monitor our attendance, make new connections, and inform us of your interest in our Program.
Is there parking on campus for those attending the colloquium?
Enter campus at University & Broadway for directions from the traffic kiosk to this area. Visitors will be directed to the closest available parking upon inquiry at the traffic kiosk. Read more...

We do not have funding for travel scholarships at this time. Likewise, any discounts for area hotels will be announced as they become available.
