Faculty and staff can become members of the Recreational Center for a small monthly fee. The Rec Center serves the fitness needs of our employees and their families through several fitness and wellness programs and classes, aquatics, Outdoor Pursuits and other special events such as the Faculty and Staff Fitness Challenge.

Finally, Texas Tech employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees who are experiencing personal problems are encouraged to seek the private and confidential services of the EAP.
