Given to each participant after the conclusion of the U.S. workshops.  Electronic submission is expected within 30 days and must be limited to 1,000 words.

 “Based on your experience in the U.S., are there any new strategies that you might develop to address some of the persistent leadership, management, and governance challenges of your university or to introduce a new initiative? Please discuss your objectives (what you want to accomplish), strategies (how you want to accomplish them), and expected outcomes.  Please keep your response to 1,000 words and submit it to Dr. Desalegne Degefaw by no later than December 1, 2022.  Note that you will be asked in about a year to prepare an assessment of outcomes resulting from the aforementioned objectives and strategies.  Thank you.”
