Undergraduate surveys just prior to graduation. Ratings charts by college and academic department cover more than 40 questions on faculty, courses, facilities, advising, employment, academic achievement, personal development, and selected academic support services.
Graduate-student surveys just prior to graduation. Ratings charts by college and academic department cover more than 38 questions on faculty, courses, facilities, advising, employment, and selected academic support services.
Two types of Graduation Surveys and Alumni Surveys at three periods of time after graduation are used in this summary covering the last two years of data by College, Department, and (where the number of responses permit) by Major.
In the graduation surveys students are asked to name the three best faculty at Texas Tech. A tabulation of the results over the last six-years is listed by (A) name order and (B) the higher-ranked individuals by survey population (undergraduate, graduate, and total). The best ranking in a category is “100” (representing the highest number of votes), and lesser vote counts are scaled below that.
