What are the expectations for attendees?
Students will be expected to stand with their posters throughout the day. This creates a excellent opportunity to discuss your research with others.
Students and their faculty advisors are encouraged to work with senior campus administrators to invite legislators from their districts to view the posters and attend the event.

Rooms have been set aside for Sunday, February 13 at a rate of $104/night for single or double occupancy. The state-rate room block is only available through 5 P.M. CST, January 17. Guests may book reservations online by clicking the link below or by calling and mentioning the group block (with either the Council of Public University Presidents or Texas Undergraduate Research Day).

May family and friends attend?
Family and friends are welcome to attend the event. However, guests will be expected to circulate among all of the presenters/posters on display.
