Based on your experience in the U.S., are there any new strategies that you might develop to address some of your university's persistent leadership, management, and governance challenges or to introduce a new initiative?

Please discuss your objectives (what you want to accomplish), strategies (how you want to accomplish them), resource needs (what resources are needed and how you intend to acquire them), and expected outcomes. Please keep your response to 1,000 words and submit it to Dr. Desalegne Degefaw by December 1, 2023.

Note that you will be asked in about a year to prepare an assessment of outcomes resulting from the objectives mentioned above and strategies.
