Daily Crime Log and Fire Log

One method of disseminating crime and safety information is the publication of the Daily Crime Log and Fire Log (at Texas Tech University Lubbock campus only). The logs include offenses reported to the Texas Tech Police Department, Campus Security Authorities, or the Clery Compliance Officer which occurred on campus, in or on a non-campus building or property, public property immediately adjacent and accessible to campus, or within the patrol jurisdiction of the police department. The Clery Compliance Officer maintains the CSA crime entries.

The Crime Log depicts the last 60 days of reported incidents and is available for public inspection at the Texas Tech Police Department during normal business hours, or online at the Daily Crime Log page (http://www.depts.ttu.edu/ttpd/daily/).

The fire log for Texas Tech University Lubbock campus only is available for public inspection at the Texas Tech Police Department during normal business hours, or online at the Fire Log page. (http://www.depts.ttu.edu/ttpd/daily/). The log contains information regarding fires that occurred within on campus residential facilities and contains the date the fire was reported, the nature of the fire, date and time of the fire, and the general location of the fire.
