Sanctions for Students

The ranges of possible disciplinary sanctions and remedies following a determination regarding responsibility under the Grievance Process are set forth below. The ranges and examples set forth here do not reflect the probability that any particular outcome will occur. Possible Secondary Sanctions for Students

Educational training, Reflective essay, Re-acclimation Meeting with Title IX Coordinator, Financial restitution, Withholding of official transcript, Bar against readmission, Bar against enrollment, Counseling Intake, No Contact Order, Restriction from spaces/events on campus, Denial or revocation of degree, Scheduling adjustment, Housing reassignment, Withholding of grades, Withdrawal from the university, Suspension of privileges

Sanctions for Employees

Possible Sanctions

Employment probation, Suspension without pay for a specified period of time, Suspension with pay for a specified period of time, Job demotion, Dismissal, Termination, Job reassignment

The university will take immediate and appropriate corrective action if the university's agents knew or should have known that the situation was occurring.
