Notification Distribution Process

The chart below reflects which office, or specific position, is responsible for the various notification methods and the process of developing and sending each notification. Once the responsible department, or individual, decides that a notification should be sent, the message will be created and sent immediately (if an Emergency Notification) or will go through the designated approval and distributor steps (Timely Warning).
