Holley Baker works as a program director for TTU's eLearning and Academic Partnerships and strives to produce quality online learning environments with college professors, teachers and professionals. Before joining the eLearning team at Texas Tech, Holley worked as a multimedia artist for various online education publishers and produced hundreds of videos for their courses. She is passionate about collaborating with educators to create quality education courses with engaging multimedia elements. 

Outside work, Holley enjoys volunteering to help veterans and engage the public through military traditions.  She also loves cuddling with her adorable pit bull and watching movies with her friends.
