According to various sources, eLearning and Academic Partnerships remains one of the best options for distance education in Texas due to both its commitment to student education and overall effectiveness as a division. Haylee Lindsey, the division's new program manager for Institutional Effectiveness and Compliance, continues the tradition of excellence by ensuring that the division remains accountable and compliant.

In her role, Haylee is responsible for monitoring and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations for distance education. She also supports projects related to the effectiveness of the division, monitors the distance education program list available online and at regional sites, and assists in the strategic planning for all areas of the division. Her work in adhering to state and federal regulations allows Texas Tech to continue serving students who are not on campus, especially those outside of Texas.

Haylee enjoys that her job allows her to learn and do new things every day. "There is always something new to learn or do," Haylee said. "Whether it be new regulations, a project I am involved in, or revisions to the strategic plan, there is always a new aspect to the job I can adapt and learn through."

Outside of work, Haylee enjoys spending time with her Mini Aussie, Fynn, and traveling for new adventures. She is also passionate about serving youth and traveling for Project Youth Extension Service (YES). As a part of Project YES, Haylee works with military youth across the U.S. to develop their life skills in resiliency, leadership, and team building for use when their parents are deployed.
