Grievance Procedures

Texas Tech University is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. In the event an employee or student believes their rights under these or other laws have been violated by a TTU employee, OP 40.02 Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy and Complaint Procedure for Violations of Employment and Other Laws, as well as, OP 40.03 Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Sexual Misconduct, and Title IX Policy and Complaint Procedure sets forth the procedures to address these concerns in a fair, equitable, and prompt manner. Grievance procedures are applicable to all employees, whether faculty or staff.
