Professor Part of United Nations and World Health Organization Committee
Bradley J. Johnson, the Gordon W. Davis Regent's Chair in Meat Science and Muscle Biology, will serve a five-year term on the Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives.
As part of the committee, Bradley will join an international team of scientists to assess the safety of food additives and evaluate contaminates in food. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization administer the committee.
