NEH Stipend Supports Research Trip

 

Abigail Swingen, an associate professor of the Department of History, will use funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities to travel to London in the summer of 2017.

In London, Swingen will search archives for information about the financial revolutions in the British Empire in the 17th and 18th centuries. During this time frame, changes in the British economy laid the foundations for future developments in finance and banking. Read more >
