Blayne Alaniz, M.S.
Blayne Alaniz graduated from Lometa High School and went on to earn both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from Texas Tech University. He began working for Student Disability Services in 2009 as a Student Assistant and was then hired as a Senior Academic Counselor in the TECHniques Center. Blayne and his wife moved to Waco in 2012 where he was employed at Baylor University in their disability office as an Accommodation Specialist. In 2015 he returned to the Texas Tech Student Disability Services office as an Assistant Director and is happy to be home. Blayne works primarily with Texas Tech Law School students and Student-Athletes, but also works with other students that need services. Blayne loves the fall months because of football, hunting season, and the temperature change. He says that not a lot of things are better than a morning run on a crisp fall morning.
