PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
What should my photo look like?
* Please read the following guidelines to make sure your picture will be approved.
- Current color photo
- White or off-white, smooth background
- (Tip: use a white towel, sheet, or large piece of paper as a backdrop)
- Bright, even lighting
- Look straight at the camera
- Centered, frontal view of full face - no profile
- Cropped from just above the top of the head to the collarbone
- Eyes open and visible (wear prescription glasses if you normally do so)
- No borders or filters on the photo
- No hats. No sunglasses. No friends.
- File format
- .JPG
- 300 x 300 pixels
- 50KB or less
- Choose wisely! Reprints are subject to a replacement fee.
- Your first student RaiderCard is $25 and will be billed to your tuition. Please check your eBill statement regularly for this charge.
- Once an RaiderCard is replaced, any other RaiderCards you may have will become deactivated and can no longer be used.
- YOU MUST BRING YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE OR GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID WITH YOU TO PICK UP YOUR RAIDERCARD.

The ID office reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet the requirements.
You will be notified by email if your photo has been denied.
