Distance Education students who fill out and mail in the ID Verification Form are eligible to receive a Texas Tech University RaiderCard.

• The cost for your first student RaiderCard is *$25, billed to your student tuition account. 
• Lost, stolen, or damaged RaiderCards are subject to a RaiderCard Replacement Fee of *$20. 
• To replace a RaiderCard, you will need to fill out a new ID Verification Form each time.

• Using your eRaider login, you will need to fill out the Distance ID Request Form
• Review the guidelines and follow the instructions for submitting a photo. You will receive an email if your photo is accepted or not.
• Once we receive your completed request AND an acceptable uploaded photo, we will mail your RaiderCard to the address you provided on your request. Please note, your first student RaiderCard is *$25 and will be billed to your tuition. Please check your eBill statement regularly for this charge. 

• Using your eRaider login, you will need to fill out the Distance ID Request Form
  Review the guidelines and follow the instructions for submitting a photo. You will receive an email if your photo is accepted or not.
• We will contact your school at the Health Sciences Center to verify that you have paid the RaiderCard Maintenance Fee, that you are a student in good standing in your program, and therefore eligible to receive a RaiderCard from that school.
• Once we receive your completed request AND an acceptable uploaded photo, we will mail your RaiderCard to the address you provided on your request.
