Will My Dining Bucks Rollover?
- The On-Campus Dining Plans (Matador or Red & Black) won't rollover and must be used by Spring commencement each year. If your enrolled and living on campus for the Summer, the monies you receive must be used by Summer Commencement each year.
- The Commuter Dining Plan won't rollover and must be used by Spring commencement each year or Summer commencement if enrolled for the summer.

I Am A Faculty/Staff Member And Do Not Know What My "R" Number Is.
- To get your R# Number:
- Go to Raiderlink
- Enter your eRaider username and password.
- On the next screen click on the tab labeled TTU Employee.
- Click "Employee Dashboard".
- Click "My Profile" underneath your name.
- Your R# number is located on the left side, under your name.
Are Retired TTU Employees Eligible To Receive A RaiderCard?
- To find out if you are eligible for a TTU Retiree RaiderCard, contact the Human Resources Office.
- There is no charge for the first RaiderCard.

Can I Submit A Photo Online?
- Yes! You can submit a photo online.

If I Submit My Photo Online, Will The RaiderCard Be Mailed To Me?
- If you are taking in-person classes at Texas Tech you will need to pick up your RaiderCard in person. Proper identification is required to obtain a RaiderCard card.
- If you are attending an orientation or are a late registrant, you will pick up your RaiderCard in person.
- If you are a distant education student taking classes online, please view the ID Verification Guidelines.

Is There A Replacement Fee For A Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Card?
- Lost, stolen, and damaged RaiderCards are subject to a $20 replacement fee. If you file a police report for a stolen ID, please bring it with you the office; there will be no charge for your replacement ID.
