Lesley Washington joined the Huckabee College of Architecture in January 2018. As executive director, she is a member of the Dean's leadership team and provides day-to-day support for the Dean's operational activities and strategic initiatives. She oversees the finance, facilities, communications, technology, and student services teams. Prior to joining the HCOA, Washington served as an attorney and assistant managing director in Texas Tech University's Procurement Services for six years, where she managed financial and administrative teams, implemented a departmental training program, and negotiated and drafted revenue agreements, higher education memoranda, and leases.
