School of Business

Founded in 1942, the business college at Texas Tech University was named the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration in 2000 after receiving a record $25 million gift from Tech alumnus, Jerry S. Rawls. Rawls College is a leading research academic unit within a major comprehensive research university that offers 265 academic programs.

The college has six areas of study:

  • Finance
  • Information Systems & Quantitative Sciences
  • Management
  • Marketing

In addition, the college also offers dual programs in conjunction with architecture, agriculture, foreign languages, law, medicine, and environmental toxicology.
